snow!
yes, of course, you know i’m pretty happy about the whole snow thing
I love snow (yeah, like no one has figured that out yet). We got quite a bit last night, i was surprised. I wish i hadn’t been so tired, i would have gone out and trudged around in it a little, late at night. Nothing is more lonely, forlorn, peaceful and sombre than a heavy snow outside in your apartment complex late late at night when no one else is around. We live near a highway, too, so the resulting quiet can be… almost unnerving. Snow absorbs sound and noise, and even blizzards can be quiet things, once the wind dies down.
Anyways, working on tomorrows comic. Scripting is easier now that i’ve got some momentum. We might have some company this afternoon (not sure yet, they might not head to a2 because of the snow) which of course will take a chunk out of comic production time, but with some luck i can get a chunk done before they come.

awwh lucky! i love snow too, but since i live in the San Francisco Bay Area (and that only on a really rare day does it snow on 3500 ft Mt Diablo) you have to go to Tahoe or other mountains for snow… and what was dissapointing was i just came from there and there was hardly any snow! u.u no icicles, no snow on trees, no snowmen to make, no snowball fights…….. it was kinda strange to have 50 degree weather in the middle of December.
on the other hand i’m sure the local Tahoeans were happy to have to dig their cars out…

We had record breaking snowfall in Dayton Ohio. The roads are closed, and its cold. I had to trudge out to the horse barn in foot and a half snow and try for five min, to get to barn door open. I do not like the snow.

If you like snow, come here to Alaska. If you REALLY like snow, go to Valdez. Lots of sad girls in snow there (mostly due to having to shovel snow *snicker*)

Last year, in England, we had kind of a mini blizard (that I got stuck in on the way home from collage, which was actually quite fun… and new… and cold… I drew a picture of it once I got home…)
But this year… No snow whatsoever….
Oh well… Ja ne!
Ohh, and thanks, takun136, for telling me what that means! (I get worried if I use words that I don’t understand the meanings of…)

yeah, I live in Canton, near Detroit. my brothers and I shoveled the snow in the early afternoon, then at about 10PM I went outside and laid down and starred at the moon for about 10-20 minutes.

I am suprised that many more people do not leave comments at this site. I find your daily rendtions mildly amusing/entertaining/informative/voyeristic…
Down (up?) here in Tennessee when we get a snow like we just did…its like God has smited (or blessed) us with something. Usually we only get a combination of slush and ice we like to call “Spit and Snow”…

Over here in central Ohio, we got a good bit of everything. Unfortunately, my little area of the region mostly received lots of really cold rain. The roads were very icy and I ended up killing a deer. Luckily, there wasn’t much damage to my car…
I can barely fathom how a deer getting struck by my passenger-side rear view mirror can die…
We haven’t had much accumulation of snow at all. What a bummer.

^^ Isn’t it great? I love being alone, outside in the night. Here in Wisconsin we got a tiiiiny bit, but it’s better than nothing. It’s been years since we’ve had a white (as opposed to light-brown and green) Christmas. I hope it snows tonight or tomorrow– it’s just not the same without it!
