It’s probably safe to post this information here - i’m assuming that the people who have less than humane comments about my sister’s new baby don’t come here 
Jen is doing fine, as is the baby. It’s premature and jen had a lot of complications, but we’re past all of that now, both are doing quite well. Oh, i think Mike has made it through ok as well Sarah and I are going to go see them all today, and as it is a bit of a drive from here, it’s gonna cause more delays in comic production, but it’s no more delay than people should be used to from me anyway
Thanks for all the best wishes for Jen, Mike and their baby, and for all the support in following my nose and doing this somewhat different omake for chapter 7. I suppose i just have some things i need to channel out, and this is allowing me to do so.

Don’t worry about updating durring times of RL stress, the fans who think that their entertainment should come before your family are not worth thinking about, and I strongly suspect that people like that are very rare… though prolly, life being what it is, they are going to be the noisy ones *wry grin* Just know that we support you and appreciate the work you do. I have been reading Megatokyo from book one and got hooked instantly and when i was finished reading book three, i was craving more. So my friend told me that i could read this online and i was thrilled. You don’t know how much this means to be able to read a new comic when it comes out. It’s simply amazing. Even though you don’t always get it on time (and i’m not complaining that you don’t) you will always have a fan in me. Don’t listen to what those haters say about you never being on time. They probably don’t have a life so they don’t know that it takes time to make a comic and that it’s gotta come out just right or the flow wont work. I for one enjoy reading your comic when it’s out, no matter how late it is. I really don’t think you should have to explain things so much to the readers. Its really kind of you to do that but i get the idea that u feel obligated to have to explain every little delay to the readers. people just need to learn to deal. we should all already know that you have a life too.
