T-day and Black Fridays
Hope everyone had a nice thanksgiving and whatnot. Seraphim were just simple not here all day yesterday. The joy of holidays being that there is a lot of travel and moving around 
When we did finally get home last night, i started working on a DPD sketch for friday while watching the tail end of Tomorrow Never Dies and then Goldeneye… gee, small surprise that it ended up being some sort of “piroko with a weapon ready to off the viewer” kinda sketch You may recognize the spirit of this DPD to have some ancestry in that old Ruriquake image i did years ago, the one that lead to the whole idea of Piroko in the first place. I have tried to do a piroko version of this image many times, sort of the de-facto ‘ph34r t3h cute ones’ image, but i’ve yet to really be satisfied with any of them. This one was ok, and the poster of it isn’t bad, but it’s really a different kind of image. Todays DPD is getting closer.
I’m sure all of you are sick of hearing about the whole ‘black friday’ thing (the biggest shopping day of the year, etc etc, day after thanksgiving, blah blah blah). I need to start pimping things a little on the MT site, so forgive some of the advertising and product promotions i’ll be doing in the next few weeks 
We almost lost an entire month due to the cart software fiasco in October, so we’re defintely looking for your support this Christmas - that and MT stuff does make for decent gifts
The MegaGear store is up and running fine, and we’re getting into Christmas mode - which means i have a lot to do today MT rant in the works, should have it up tonight. Right now we need to get busy getting some international shipments out the door. whee!

The store looks great. I’m a fan of Applegeeks as well, so I’m very glad that you’ve stocked Hawk’s items as well. Hopefully once I finish saving up for the 12′ Powerbook, I can start saving up for your merchandise again.
And by the way, the Kimiko blanket is really nice. I couldn’t possibly tell how chilly it’s getting down here in Houston.
I can’t believe how people started fighting over a laptop in Florida though. Strange thing was, my aunt was planning to get that one too.
Heh, video games don’t cause violence. After-Thanksgiving sales do. Take that to court, Jack Thompson.

Fred: about Piroko Redux.
I’ve mentioned this a couple of times, but not, I think, where you’re likely to see it.
The instant I saw the latest, with Piroko on her knees, and the gun sagging off to her right, I thought, “She’s been shot.”
There’s a dark spot over her left hip that might be grazed, but I suspect she’s hunched to the right to guard the main wound.
She’s a tough girl to be holding her weapon up at all, still threatening her assailant, still meaning to take him with her.
One annoying technicality: Why aren’t her surroundings shot up? There should be bullet holes in all the crates.

Did you have a model for her weapon?
I’ve never seen anythin like those two rectangular keys under the slide. It’s an interesting detail.

On another note, I forgot how good Nadesico was. Was watching it last night an I still think Ruri is one of the best characters in it.
Anyways hope all of you’s in America had a good Thanksgiving an everything. An Fred congrats on another great comic.
Also megatokyo is an inspiration for character names it seems. Was playing Guild Wars an I was in a team with ‘Invincible Largo’, ‘Helper Boo’ and ‘The Seraphim’. I canna say anything my monks called ‘Pirogoeth Jr’. On a note we destroyed the other teams, so lads or ladies if your reading this cheers much for the games.

hello, again! weellll, i was online last night playing with my Mexican Bandito friend, and he was calling me a wench and i came upon a character by the name of pirogoeth55, perhaps it be you? i doubt it. i was playing quake. i doubt it, this person cussed me out, alot, that pirogoeth55 has a mouth on her, eek! i’m only 13 take pity on me wee girly soul, i’m kidding… damn you people take me too seriously sometimes, just damn, well, anyway… i owned her butttt! bwahahahahaaa! i hate having to play games with no gender specific gamertags, tis annoying, damn perverts everywhere.. then they try to fight me so they can level up easy, stupid move… very stupid idea to try and fight cute little 13 yr old girls… poor dumb*sses…

Well no more games for me for a while, I have been demoted to an old laptop. Reason being ma younger brother spilt water on ma computer which has sent it on the blink.
There you go computers an water are not best friends or anywhere near that. Darn, christmas coming so soon cause of that I’m gonna be on this for a while. I suppose I still can access the internet so I can keep up with megatoyko so thats one good thing, yosha!
Anyways sleep is needed cause Doom is goin to get seen tomorrow an I don’t want to fall asleep halfway through it. For some reason they don’t like folk snoring through a movie, can’t understand it myself :p
