Tokyopop edition of Dramacon (by Svetlana) #1 .... reminded me of early MT a bit (don't know why - no similarity in art or storyline). Since everything gave me a headache to look at, I picked it up. It actually isn't too bad. Its written from a girl's point of view (author is la girl) and is "anime con slice of life relationship drama". I'd almost recommend teenage guys read it for a "see, this is how NOT to SCREW it up and DON'T ACT LIKE THAT, act like the other" Anyway... it'll be interesting to see what she can do with the story. This is the first "american" manga besides MT that hasn't made me irritated and grumpy.
