it’s an odd sketch, not really sure where it came from, but i did always wonder what it would be like if kimiko had any involvement in the Endgames world - and one thought was how Kotone (the character she portrays in another game) was fit into that world. While it may seem there is not much really here, sketches like these are often the launching point for ideas, things to look at while running through story scenarios, or feeling how a character might react. Random arts are idea generators, they give you a visual element to work into your thought process. A little rough, but not too bad of a sketch.
Interseting skecth, Kotone looks a bit lost. But not nearly as lost as the girl with the bunny ears.
Despite the fact that Kotone is the main focus of this peice, the bunny ears win. ^^

yeah…. hot virtual world love. Its not really that amazing though… my son and his girlfriend have a couple of alts in WoW that are both female and can get pretty silly …. of course, her avatar and my avatar (also femme) go shopping a lot — stats vs. looks.. hmmmmm.
I’m going to randomly speculate that bunny ear girl is a younger Yuki’s avatar just because of the facial expression.
Her first MMO and she’s got the Helm of Rabbit Agility and Speed.

Kotone-Kimiko is really really cute and sexy the way you’ve drawn her. Her and Piro-goeth look good together with ol’ Largo lumbering around demolishing the perimeter.
Guesses: okay… Largo, warrior , Piro-goeth, battle sorceress (or female warlock), Kotone, healer/shaman (all those little pockets and bags)

It’s an intruiging juxtaposition especially because while there’s a little Piro in Pirogoeth’s appearance (and a whole lot of Largo in er, Largo’s) there’s no Kimiko in Kotone (or at least none that I can see). There’s some sort of point in there but I don’t have time to dig it out.
Little hair ribbons, multiple belts (and yes, rabbit ears too) for teh win.

Just read your rant on MT but decided to post here as half of my comment was more relevant to this site anyway. First off I was sorry to hear that you’re planning on wrapping up MT, even if it is years in the offing, and stupid me I didnt realize that there was any *reason* why you hadn’t finished Seraphim’s storyline, I’ve just been waiting to see when she’d pop back up, and I’m hoping you *do* figure out how to do so. regardless, I come to the original reason I posted here, I was looking for some diagrams for folding origami hearts for Valentines day and came accross a site with some extraordinary origami artwork and right at the top was a link to this site, and I was wondering if it belonged to your Sara, and if so how come you dont have a link to her site from here? Regardless it was a pleasant surprise in my day.

Hmm. My reaction was that the bunny-eared girl was Megumi, not Yuki. She doesn’t really look like Yuki, and it makes more sense for Megumi to be involved in the game if Kimiko was.
To speculate futher, perhaps Kotone/Kimiko is a an Alchemist — a collector of herbs and a crafter of potions?

I could really see Pirogoeth being all protective of Kotone… giving her powerful items and the like. Like an experienced player would when taking care of a newbie they’re fond of.
As for the previous comment about yuri, I think the idea is rather cute.
