Watch the video, take notes, perhaps work with Dom and/or Sarah on what you might talk about, and then do a couple of takes. Heck, you could even do the verbal bits in small pieces and then combine them rather than one long take that might end up sounding stupid in your eyes or that contains errors that annoy you.
