Shiragami Chokage or "Chokky" is a character who kind of came out of nowhere to be the focus of a new Megatokyo side comic "Tokyo Threat Documentation Project" on WebToon. Not really knowing WHAT Chokage is, pulling together a color scheme for here was quite a challenge.
