Komugiko - Ball Gown

Probably the last outfit you would expect to ever find Mugi wearing, which is kind of part of the point. I wont say if there is a reason i drew this because that would be spoilerific :P I tweaked a few things, mostly in where the gown designer would take advantage of working the gown around the fact that this young lady has a tail to be proud of :P
